Health Sector Development Program for DOH Health Social Reform Agenda in Five Provinces
The project provided technical assistance to the Philippine Department of Health in the assessment of the progress of the Health Sector Reform Agenda in the country, especially in 11 provinces, in consortium with Primex, Philippines and Options, United Kingdom.
In addition to that, the project conducted the following: social marketing of health as an investment in 11 provinces; poverty and social assessments in 8 provinces; intensive household survey, focused group discussions, key informant interviews with provincial, municipal and barangays stakeholders, especially poor households and women.
