Community Leadership in Population and Reproductive Health


The project was cross cultural and cross sectional analysis and documentation of community leadership in population and reproductive health. Ten (10) ethno-linguistic groups in different work and occupation settings and ten (10) individuals representing effective leadership were chosen through purposive sampling. Key analytical concepts in leadership were studied, such as leader, leadership, gender, social capital, social context, and social change.
