Health Futures Foundation, Inc. (HFI) receives its renewal of Certificate of Registration from DSWD.

06 March 2017—HFI received the renewal of its Certificate of Registration as an Auxiliary Social Welfare and Development Agency from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in an Awarding Ceremony at the DSWD Central Office in Quezon City.

The DSWD serves as the Philippine government’s regulatory arm for non-government organizations (NGOs) and government agencies engaged in delivering social welfare and development programs and services to disadvantaged populations in order to ensure that their beneficiaries become potential contributors to national development as enshrined in the 1987 Philippine Constitution.

Certificate of Registrations are awarded to NGOs who are proven to be operating and providing tangible (e.g. infrastructures, equipment, or supplies) and intangible resources (e.g. knowledge and skills) to disadvantaged populations.

Health Futures Foundation, Inc.’s (HFI’s) registration is valid for three (3) years, from January 2017 to January 2020 with an area coverage of Region IV-A, IV-B, VIII, XII, and NCR.
